Is the official Telegram channel free? +
The official FXQON Telegram channel is free to join. Any separately offered paid service has its own pricing and terms.
Does Goldbot guarantee profits? +
No. Any signal can result in a loss. Historical results do not guarantee future performance, and you remain responsible for your trading decisions.
What does "verified" mean? +
Verification refers to the specific record checks described by FXQON. It does not guarantee profitability or confirm that a trade executed at the same price in your broker account. See Risk Disclosure for each record's verification status and explanation.
Why might my results differ from the published outcome? +
Broker prices, spreads, commissions, slippage, entry timing, and position size can affect your actual result.
How often are signals published? +
Signal frequency depends on qualifying market conditions and service availability. There is no guaranteed number of signals each day.
What happens when market data is delayed? +
Check the System Status page for the current condition of the feed and related services. Delayed information should not be treated as a current market update.
Does joining Telegram activate copy trading? +
No. Joining the channel does not connect your broker account or activate automatic trading. Copy trading is a separate service, subject to availability and its own setup and authorization process.
