This policy explains what information FXQON collects, why, what is public versus private, and how you can exercise your rights. It reflects FXQON's current, active functionality — features not yet live are marked accordingly.
FXQON (fxqon.com) is operated as an independent trading-signal service, based in Pakistan. For any privacy question or request, contact us through the Contact page, WhatsApp, or our official Telegram — see current details there.
FXQON's current public service is a single official scanner (Goldbot), not a multi-seller marketplace. Earlier account-type options from a prior version of the platform have been removed from the signup process.
FXQON's core feature is a publicly verifiable signal record: every Goldbot signal — entry, stop-loss, take-profit, and result — is published and shown on the website, timestamped and unedited after the fact. This record is intentionally public; it is the basis of FXQON's transparency claim.
Your account data — name, email, password hash, and any contact-form messages — is never made public. Only signal records themselves are shown publicly; individual users are not identified alongside them.
FXQON currently uses Google Analytics (via Google's gtag.js) site-wide, which sets cookies to measure visits and usage. We do not currently run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or ad networks such as Google AdSense.
FXQON does not currently use any advertising network. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated first to disclose the specific advertising cookies and data practices involved, before any such activation goes live.
We do not sell your personal information. To operate FXQON, certain information is necessarily processed by the following service providers, strictly to deliver the service:
We may also disclose information where required by law or valid legal process.
Copy trading — connecting your own broker account so Goldbot's signals are mirrored to it — is not currently open for new connections (see How It Works). This policy will be updated with the specific broker-connection data practices (which data is shared with your broker or a trade-copying provider) before this feature reopens.
Account deletion is currently handled manually: submit an authenticated request through Contact, and we will process it directly with you.
Deleting your account removes your personal account data. It does not remove published signal records themselves, since these are the platform's public, historical transparency record and are never tied to an identifiable individual follower. Routine hosting backups may also retain data for a limited period after deletion, for legitimate technical and recovery purposes.
We retain account data for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain records longer by law (for example, financial or compliance records). Contact-form messages and routine backups are retained on the same 90-day cycle.
Passwords are stored as secure hashes, never in plain text. We take reasonable technical measures to protect information against unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page. We will respond to legitimate requests, subject to the limits described in Section 8 regarding public signal records and backups.
FXQON operates from Pakistan, and the service providers listed in Section 6 may process data in other countries. By using FXQON, you understand your information may be processed outside your own country.
FXQON is not directed at children, and our services are not intended for use by anyone under the age required by their local law to enter into financial agreements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy as FXQON's features change — particularly as Copy Trading, referrals, or advertising are activated or modified. Material changes will update the effective date above. For any question about this policy, reach us via the Contact page.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure.
